Great article. Lots of good background information that can help anyone think about how they can apply this to their context.
One additional thing related to audio on videos. In the country where I work, all TV and movies are subtitled. This means that if I add subtitles to the videos I have on my mobile device then audio quality (of the device or film) is not such a big deal. Also there are some situations where no phone has the grunt to deal with the background noise and subtitles come in especially handy then.
